Tech Creeds provides design, development, automation, and digital strategy services. All project proposals, deliverables, and timelines are subject to a separate written agreement between you and Tech Creeds.
Fees for services are set forth in the service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are 50% deposit and 50% on completion. Additional work outside the scope may be billed separately.
All original work created by Tech Creeds remains our property until payment is received in full. After final payment, rights to approved deliverables are transferred to the client, except for tools, frameworks, and pre-existing assets that remain the property of Tech Creeds or third-party licensors.
We treat your information as confidential and will not disclose it except as required by law or as needed to perform the agreed services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Creeds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or website use.
